Let Your Light Shine
Is your reflection clear or are you unable to see past all the cracks? Either way, you have to look in the mirror. It's not uncommon to struggle with a distorted image. At times what's seen doesn't match up with what's inside.
I've had my share of struggles with image. I wanted all my cracks to disappear. I thought I needed to be perfect to do anything of significance.
I felt that imperfections made me unworthy of God's plan. I now realize this is far from the truth. In fact, it's these flaws that will be used for His glory.
I've learned to accept cracks. I've even gone so far as to embrace them. Perfection is no longer the goal. I just try to do my best every day.
A mirror is simple. It reflects an image. But how you view that image changes everything. A simple reflection has the power to make or break you.
A mirror reflects what's inside. Words reflect what's in the heart. Your light can still shine bright, even through the cracks. A vision doesn't rely on a mirror. It reflects its own light. Its light is always on. Nothing can put it out.
A mirror is simple yet reflects many images. Doubt sees flaws and weaknesses. Hope sees blessings and strengths. A simple reflection changes everything. Let yours be clear.
Your reflection should match your vision. If you can see yourself doing it, you will. Let what you see in the mirror be a reflection of who God says you are.
Circumstances don't define you. They shape you. You're molded to make a difference. Let your light shine bright, even through the cracks. If you're ready to shine a light on the best version of yourself, let’s talk.
